How To Order An Appraisal

Thank you for choosing Baseline Appraisal Services for your residential appraisal needs. Ordering an appraisal from us is QUICK and EASY.

Our web site allows clients to place orders with us electronically. The system automatically notifies clients when orders change status and enables them to download completed reports directly from our website. This information is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you've already signed up for an account with us, please go to the right column of the page and click on client login. You will be instructed to enter your user name and password.

If you have not created an account at this time, please email info@baselineappraisal.com or fax 978-926-0299 your appraisal request and we will gladly create an account for you. When sending over your appraisal request, please provide an email address so we can send your account information to you.
